RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Before returning a product, contact us at [email protected] to ensure the egibility of your request.

Returns are possible in the 14 days following the reception of your order.

Exceptions :
Articles on sale:
Products that are on sale are a final sale : all articles in promotion, clearance or other special cannot be returned, exchanged or refund. 

Food and confectionery:
No exchange or return

Body products, cosmetics, hygienic products, masks :
No exchange or return

In all cases, the products that are returned have to be in their original state, including all packaging, labels and accessories and in a perfect state for resale. They cannot be opened or spoiled. All products will be inspected upon reception. 

In all cases where you need to return a product, for any reason, the shipping fees are your responsibility. 

Broken items :
If, upon reception of your order, one or many items are broken or spoiled, contact us by email at [email protected] to agree on a replacement method. Include your order number and pictures of the items.
